About This Outpost

Only cabin on the lake — Complete privacy
A fully furnished deluxe fly-in outpost cabin located in the narrows between two lake basins on Sim Lake. The only cabin on the lake. Equipped with solar lighting, propane fridge and stove, hot and cold running water, in-cabin shower, BBQ, fish fryer, large screened-in porch, Starlink satellite internet, and Garmin inReach communication. Self-guided housekeeping operation.

Lake Information

Sim Lake features extensive shorelines with sharp breaks, mid-lake islands, and numerous bays with countless structural points. Renowned for walleye and Northern pike. Ideal for non-stop walleye action; trolling/casting crankbaits or jigging with twister tails produce well. Bays fall deeply to 16–24 ft.
